So Very Easy, Single Ingredient Banana Icecream

This is not an original recipe. I found it available in so many of my searches, I was not sure which to give credit. This recipe is so easy and delicious that it should be shared, so here it is…


Just use frozen bananas

Number of Servings: 7


7 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long) Bananas, over ripe


I topped with dark chocolate chips. However, the sky is the limit with desired toppings as long as you keep your diet in mind.



Use up all the over ripe bananas by peeling and slicing, then freezing for at least 2 hours. Once frozen, blend in a food processor until smooth and creamy. It’s so good and you can add toppings if you wish or leave them off.
